On 14th October our football team took part in 3 league matches that were held at the UCLAN Arena.
We got off to an amazing start beating Cottam 3-0, we then played Goosnargh Olliversons which proved to be a very exciting match but unfortunately we were beaten 4-3.
Our last game against Lea was another tough match which ended in a 2-2.draw. Well done to the boys who took part. Mrs Taylor and Charlie thought you played extremely well and were unlucky not to have secured more points!

There were 6 activities to complete including sprinting, scoring a goal in the football net, overhead throws and using a relay baton. The team have worked extremely hard with Mrs Oldfield and Mrs Monks. The hardest activity was a timed event passing a rugby ball around the circle - how many passes in a minute. This has took some real determination from the team and they have improved so much it is quite impressive. When we started we probably could only reach about 20. On Wednesday we reached 46 !
